The parents of her are Harvey Welker who is Native American and Julie Welker who is African-American. The father of the family is an engineer and her mother is an agent. Walker was educated in The Germantown Friends School (Germantown Area) in Philadelphia, graduating in 1994. Following her graduation from Harvard College in 1998, she enrolled at Harvard College and earned her Bachelor of Arts. Welker as well as John Hughes, a famous marketing director for Merck Philadelphia with two kids together. The couple began their relationship in the year 2014.
