
Lowell began her acting career in Dangerously Close, followed by the role of a minor character in Club Paradise, starring as Robin Williams. The actress went on to roles that included co-starring as Bond girl Pam Bouvier in the James Bond movie Licence to Kill (1989) and, beginning in 1996 she was the Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross for two seasons in the drama television series Law & Order, a character she reprised on the show in 2005 for a guest role in the spinoff series, Law & Order: Trial by Jury, and reprised the role on the original show in 2022 when it returned for the 21st season. Six years ago, she was disappointed by her acting career, so she applied to New York University to study documentary filmmaking. [4] In the mid-2000s the actress took a break from acting. Lowell was able to lend Lowell her voice and appearance in 2012 while reprising her Licence to Kill part in the video game 007 Legends.
